Les disposarem en una safata gastron\u00f2mica, cobrint-les amb oli d&#8217;oliva i una mica d&#8217;aigua mineral per obtenir una textura lleugera. Cobrirem la safata amb paper d&#8217;alumini per segellar b\u00e9 i evitar que s&#8217;escapi el vapor durant la cocci\u00f3 al forn.<\/li>\n<li>Fornejarem les carxofes a 180 \u00b0C entre 45 minuts i 1h i 15 minuts, depenent de la grand\u00e0ria del producte. Fornejarem amb calor seca i una vegada obtinguem la cocci\u00f3 desitjada, deixarem refredar encara amb el paper d&#8217;alumini.<\/li>\n<li>Paral\u00b7lelament, rentarem la trompeta de la mort i la saltarem en una paella antiadherent amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i un polsim de sal. Podem amanir amb pebre si ho desitgem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3 del Plat:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Una vegada tenim les carxofes temperades, agafarem una unitat, la disposarem en el plat i l&#8217;obrirem en forma de flor. Col\u00b7locarem les trompetes damunt de les fulles de la carxofa i farem un petit niu en el centre on col\u00b7locarem el rovell d&#8217;ou. Assaonarem el rovell amb unes escates de sal Maldon i un toc de pebre.<\/li>\n<li>Salsarem la carxofa i el fons del plat (molt lleugerament) amb salsa demi-glace. Aportar\u00e0 sabor, profunditat i noblesa al plat. Acabarem amanint amb oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i pebre negre.
